Aisle SAM Large Format 3D Printer is the in-house developed large-format FDM printer from MACH-3D – designed for large industrial plastic components.
Using high-quality extruders from Bondtech The printing process maintains stability and ensures quality printing results for small-batch production. The use of ball screws in conjunction with closed-loop drives allows for high precision with high wear resistance.
The high max. printing speed of 500 mm/s sets new standards, and as a result, the SAM is capable of up to 400 g/h to process filament. The drive combination of a self-locking trapezoidal spindle and a ball screw spindle forms the system for secure positioning with precise, efficient movement for large-format printing processes.
All main components can be removed quickly and easily at any time, and new features can be retrofitted in just a few simple steps – this is how Mach-3D ensures short maintenance times.
