Our material range includes PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, TPU, PA12 as well as high-performance engineering materials such as PC, PEEK and carbon fibre-reinforced nylon (Nylon CF). For visually premium or finely detailed parts, we offer SLA resin in various hardness grades. Customers from the Kiel maritime and defence industries particularly appreciate our salt water-resistant ASA and PA12 variants. The choice of material depends on mechanical stress, temperature resistance and budget – we offer free, no-obligation consultations in Kiel.
Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days from file approval. 24-hour express production is available upon request – particularly popular with companies from Kiel, Lübeck and Hamburg that operate with tight development iterations. You will always receive a binding delivery date commitment directly after file verification, not only after order acceptance. For complex components involving post-processing, surface treatment or inserts, the time increases accordingly – we communicate this transparently in advance.
We prefer STEP or STL for direct printing. In addition, we accept OBJ, 3MF and native CAD formats from SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA and Siemens NX. Engineering clients from Schleswig-Holstein frequently supply them directly from their existing PDM systems. If you only have a photograph and dimensions, we will create the CAD model for an additional fee – enabling companies without their own design department to get results quickly.
We manufacture one-off pieces up to batch sizes of 500. From around 20 pieces onwards, we work with you to determine whether FDM farm production or SLS is more cost-effective. For North German companies with recurring demand, we offer framework agreements with fixed unit prices and priority manufacturing. Quality reports according to customer specifications (e.g. for AS9100 or ISO-certified supply chains) are available upon request.
Standard FDM printing achieves ±0.2 mm, and ±0.1 mm in fine mode. SLA printing delivers accuracies down to ±0.05 mm with wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm. Material-specific shrinkage is factored in beforehand. Customers from Kiel's medical technology and device manufacturing sectors regularly use our SLA parts as accuracy-of-fit samples prior to injection moulding. On request, we provide a dimensional report with a 3D scan comparison.
Yes. We come for measurements, consultation and handover to customers in Kiel, Rendsburg, Neumünster, Flensburg, Lübeck and the greater Hamburg area. For projects with ongoing iteration, a regular on-site appointment is ideal – this speeds up feedback loops considerably. Many of our long-term customers from the Schleswig-Holstein mechanical engineering sector appreciate this direct, regional contact.
